Terms and conditions:

Casa-Let-Costabrava (Sunroof Music España S.L.) will hereafter be referred to as "Sunroof".

To the renter will hereafter be referred to as "tenant"

1. All information in the Casa-Let web-site has been given in good faith but without responsibility on Sunroof's part.

2. Sunroof cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage or injuries, caused by or to tenant.
Tenant is advised to effect an adequate travel insurance

3. During his stay, tenant is fully responsible for the rented villa. Any extra cost in connection with damage will be passed on to tenant. Upon arrival, tenant has to pay a security of 500 Euro, which will be paid back upon departure after deduction of final cleaning costs (see clause 5) and the cost of any damage caused by tenant.
In the event that tenant wishes to leave outside office hours, the balance of the security will be paid into tenant's nominated bank account..

4. After signature by tenant of the confirmation form, tenant will make a down-payment of 40%. The remainder of the total rent needs to be paid not later than four weeks before the start of the rental period. In case payments have not been made in time, Sunroof is entitled to cancel the rental agreement. Invoices that have already been paid by tenant will only be refunded when new tenants have been found for the same rental period.
Tenant is entitled to cancel the rented villa by registered post within 15 days after the confirmation date. The down-payment will then be refunded. Cancellation later than 15 days after the confirmation date means that any refunds can only be made if the villa can be let again for the same rental period.
Tenant is strongly advised to effect an adequate cancellation insurance.

5. The villa will be let on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. The final house-cleaning will be done by a professional cleaner, which is included in the rent.

6. Sheets are not provided. If desired and against payment, Sunroof can arrange for appropriate bed linen. Tenant will have to provide for own towels and tea towels.
